TCR New Zealand will make its first formal entrance onto the world motorsport scene with a launch event this week at the CRC Speedshow 2019 in Auckland.
A special pre-event launch will be held this Friday, 6:30pm local time for invited guests and interested parties ahead of the start of the new under two litre motor racing championship next year.
The guests will hear from recently announced category manager Grant Smith, as well as Australian Racing Group director Matt Braid, delivering the interested parties all of the information needed to get involved.
There will also be two TCR Series cars on display – a Hyundai i30 N and an Audi RS 3.” said Smith.
“We are very excited to launch TCR New Zealand at Speedshow this Friday and through the weekend,
“We’ve had a number of excited parties to speak to us about the category and the Speedcshow will allow us to showcase the new category and let people know exactly what it is all about.
“The interest in TCR NZ has been very encouraging and we really can’t wait to speak to as many people as possible.”
The CRC Speedshow official opens on Saturday and runs through until Sunday.
